Before founding Trivera Realty, Andrew was the #1 agent on his team at Nebraska Realty, where he also served as lead mentor, the voice of the agents on the Leadership Committee, was named Agent of the Year in 2024, had the most listings on his team for three consecutive years. Statewide, he ranked in the top 2% for Nebraska Realty agents. In 2025, he closed 51 homes totaling $14.2 million in sales volume. Andrew also co-owns a successful fix-and-flip company that has renovated more than 30 homes, giving him valuable hands-on expertise for investors. Before entering the real estate industry, he was a cav. scout and data analyst for the NE Army National Guard.

Andrew is joined at Trivera Realty by his wife, Bethany Thomas. In 2024, Bethany earned her Master’s degree in Entomology, but then decided to stay home with their young son and obtain her real estate license. As a husband-and-wife team, they excitedly combine their complementary skills to deliver exceptional, client-focused service.

A Nebraska native, Andrew Thomas grew up on an acreage in the Panhandle just outside Mitchell. When he’s not helping clients or agents at his brokerage, you can often find him rock climbing, running the Good Life Halfsy, hiking 14ers in Colorado, enjoying a great cup of coffee, or spending quality time with his wife and sons—usually with a steak and mac ‘n’ cheese or birria tacos.
