Bethany Thomas is a real estate agent with Trivera Realty and works alongside her husband, Andrew Thomas, the owner and managing broker. Together they handle each transaction as a husband-and-wife team, combining their complementary skills to deliver exceptional service.

Raised on a 6th-generation family farm just south of Kearney, Bethany brings a strong work ethic and a deep love of the natural world to everything she does. She previously worked for the USDA-APHIS-PPQ as a biocontrol technician, served as assistant production manager at Campbell’s Nursery (growing 60,000+ perennials), and was a graduate research assistant while earning her Master’s in Entomology from UNL.

Bethany’s journey into real estate began after the birth of their son, when she transitioned into full-time motherhood while also stepping into the world of real estate. She is known for her analytical mindset, technological expertise, emotional intelligence, and keen attention to detail, she is dedicated to delivering a professional and highly personalized experience for every client. She frequently uses her horticultural expertise to help clients identify plants and answer landscaping questions, offering insights that go well beyond the transaction.

Bethany is deeply involved in her Lincoln community. She volunteers with Food Fort, a non-profit that provides fresh produce to children in under-resourced neighborhoods. Last year, the Giving Garden she supports grew and distributed over 1,000 pounds of fruits and vegetables. With MomCo (formerly MOPS), she serves as Hospitality Lead—preparing breakfast for 40 moms at each meeting—and presents her popular “Vine to Table” talks, teaching mothers technical cooking skills, nutrition, landscaping tips, and how to grow their own food for their families.

Bethany loves balancing life as a mom to their two sons, working (and enjoying life) alongside her husband, growing way too many plants at home, playing “Chopped” with whatever is in the fridge, watching psychological thrillers, and giving back to her community.
