Real estate is my profession, but people are my why.

I’m naturally high-energy and thrive around people. It is life-giving to me when I can meet people, build relationships, have conversations, and be part of a great community. I’m a Christian, husband, dad to 4-year-old twins, football fan, basketball player, weightlifter, outdoor enthusiast, and concert goer.

That same energy is what I bring to real estate.

I’ve been involved in real estate for 5+ years, during which I’ve listed and help sell almost 50 properties, and acquired more than 100 properties for buyers and investors throughout Omaha, Lincoln, Bellevue, Ralston, Papillion, Waterloo, Ashland, and Council Bluffs, Iowa.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with homeowners, buyers, investors, and other real estate professionals, giving me firsthand experience on all sides of a transaction. I understand what it takes to market a property, negotiate a deal, identify opportunities, solve problems, and get transactions across the finish line.

But the numbers are only part of the story.

Helping people is the part of this profession that I am most passionate about. I want to add real value to the lives of the people I work with—not simply help them buy or sell a property. I want to be someone people can call for honest advice, guidance, encouragement, and perspective.

I believe in mentoring others, giving back, creating opportunities, and helping people build better futures for themselves and their families. Real estate happens to be one of the greatest vehicles I’ve found to do that.
