Kari has a genuine passion for helping others and has devoted her career to serving the Lincoln community through both her work and volunteer efforts.

Kari grew up surrounded by real estate. Her parents, Craig and Janet Larabee, founded the Larabee School of Real Estate, and she was inspired to enter the field to honor her dad’s impact on the industry, and is proud to carry on that family legacy. Her upbringing gave her valuable insight into the business, and her experience in property management adds a practical understanding of how homes are valued, maintained, and cared for.

Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, selling your home, looking for an investment property, building your dream home, or searching for your forever home, Kari will support you every step of the way. From navigating the buying and selling process to finding the right financing options, she brings integrity, professionalism, and clear communication to every transaction.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Lincoln, Kari would love to connect over coffee and talk through your goals.
